Massive well done to Anis on taking gold at the recent Bear Wrestling competition 🥇⚔️

Anis is a fantastic wrestler and although he’s competed plenty in Jiu Jitsu before, this was a great opportunity to put his abilities to the test in a wrestling-specific competition setting.

Awesome performances all day and great to see the hard work paying off 🙌

Big shout out to for putting on a brilliant local event. Quality setup, great atmosphere, and really good to see more local grappling opportunities like this around 🐻

Since introducing our No Gi class every Wednesday, the room has been buzzing! ⚔️

Good rounds, great energy, and plenty of progress being made week after week - we love to see it 👏

This is what it’s all about! A busy room full of different ages, different backgrounds, different experience levels - all helping to build a strong community and improve each other every week 🤩
