⚽🔵⚪ ROCKSPUR UNDER 8s – SUPER SUNDAY! ⚪🔵⚽

👏 What a fantastic effort from our Rockspur Under 8s this morning!

Both teams played exceptionally well, putting in some brilliant performances and achieving some fantastic results! 💪⚽

It's great to see how much the players are developing each week. The passing, urgency and positioning are all coming on extremely well, and the hard work in training is really starting to show on the pitch.

But what stands out most is the positive attitude, teamwork and smiles all around! 😁🙌 That's what grassroots football is all about! 💙

A lovely morning (aside from the traffic 😅), with only a bit of team rotation and some superb goalkeeping stopping us from coming away with 9/9 wins this week. We go again next week 💪🏻

Some superb team football and individual performances again today. The intensity is there — it’s just those individual moments of switching off against one or two of the other good teams that have cost us clean sheets.

Both the Red and White POTW awards were voted for by the players this week 👏🏻 with the Reds’ award also being presented by Taron, who gave a lovely little speech for Sienna 😂. Proper teammates 🩵

Well done to everyone who played, and especially our POTW winners this week 👏🏻

Rockspur Under 8s.

⚽ Brilliant effort from everyone this morning! ⚽

Another really positive morning for Rockspur, with some great results and performances across both teams. The passing and teamwork were excellent, but most impressive was the determination, work rate and way everyone battled for each other. 💪🔵⚽

There were some brilliant team goals, great saves and plenty of quality football on show. 👏

🌟 Players of the Week – Antos & Noah 🌟

Both thoroughly deserved for their excellent performances! 🏆👏

Well done, lads — another fantastic team effort! 🔵⚽

A busy morning this morning but great to see all 4 teams at the same venue, warming up together and mixing as a squad 💪🏻

Some great results against good teams today though so a lot to be positive about. Great to see Harri and Tate making first appearances this season and putting in POTW performances 👏🏻
