A great start to our Learn to Row sessions this weekend with 8 new rowers out on a calm and sunny Swansea Bay. Thanks to the coaches and helpers.

A great day racing in the ladies and mixed races at the Llangwm League race (plus I rowed for a Llangwm mens team). Thanks to Llangwm Rowing Club for organising the day. Well done to Philip Cushion Deb Jenkins Susan Davies Lyndsey McConnell plus our supporters' and thanks to Ann Mary from St Dogmaels/Cardigan for joining the ladies .
