Whether you're returning to dance, looking to improve your technique or simply fancy trying something new, Adult Dance Week is the perfect opportunity to move, learn and enjoy a week of dance.

From Pilates and Ballet to Tap, Jazz, Contemporary and Commercial/Heels, there's something for every dancer and every level.

Classes can be booked individually, so you can choose your favourites or make a week of it.

Whether you've danced for years or are stepping into the studio for the first time, we'd love to welcome you.

🚨 1 WEEK TO GO UNTIL THE LAST EXETER STREET DANCE ADMISSION WORKSHOP 🚨

It's not too late to secure your place on this FREE WORKSHOP. Anyone 11-19, who has energy, commitment, potential and, most of all, passion for street dance is encouraged to attend.

We use the admission workshops to recruit dancers for the 2026-27 programme of our Centre for Advanced Training. If successful you will get to train with like-minded dancers, improve your technique and creative approach, and experience training from world-class instructors. We have several grants available which could mean that training is either free or subsidised.

Looking for something creative, active and inspiring this summer?

Our Youth Summer Dance Project is open to young people aged 8–15 and combines dance workshops, creativity and performance across three exciting days.

On Wednesday, dancers will explore a range of styles including Jazz, Musical Theatre, Street, K-Pop and more. Then on Thursday and Friday, they'll work alongside professional artists to create an original performance piece together.

The week culminates in a live community performance at Queens Park on Saturday 22 August, giving participants the chance to share their work with family, friends and the wider community.

STEPS2 is holding an Open Evening dedicated to dance discovery. If you are aged between 9 and 13 and have a burning passion for contemporary, ballet and jazz, this is the perfect platform for you.
