🏆 TEAM EVOLUTION - OVERALL SCHOOL IN THE UK! 🏆

What a weekend for Team Evolution! 🇬🇧

We took 41 students to Guildford for the UK Championships, alongside our coaches and an incredible group of parents and families supporting from the sidelines , and we are incredibly proud of what this team has achieved.

Our Black Belts got us off to an incredible start on Day 1, securing 10 GOLD medals and putting Evolution 1st on the medal table heading into Day 2.

Then our Colour Belts stepped up and delivered again, adding another 10 GOLD medals to keep Evolution at the top of the table and secure the title of:

🏆 OVERALL SCHOOL IN THE UK!🏆

🥇 20 Gold
🥈 17 Silver
🥉 16 Bronze

But this weekend is about so much more than the medals.

Five years ago, Master Miller set a goal, to prove that Evolution could become the top club in the country.

We always believed we had the standard. What we didn’t have at the time was the numbers and depth across all the categories to prove it.

Five years later, we’ve done it.

Every session. Every setback. Every doubt. Every lesson learnt. Every time a student has chosen to keep turning up and pushing forward.

It has all brought Team Evolution to where it is today.

The journey to the top is never easy, but this team has shown incredible grit, determination and belief. They have faced adversity, kept learning and continued to raise the standard.

And this achievement comes in a very special year for Evolution.

Back in June, Team Evolution topped the BTC National Championships for the second year running.

Now, we have added the UK Championships title.

Two of the biggest national competitions in the country. Top of the table at both.

We have always said the standard at Evolution is high.

Now we have the results to prove it. 🏆

A huge thank you to every coach, parent and family member who makes this possible. The early mornings, long journeys, weekends, sacrifices, encouragement and support behind every student never go unnoticed.

And most importantly, to our students:

This is your achievement.

Every single person who stepped onto the mats this weekend played a part in this.

Whether you came home with a medal or not, you represented Team Evolution, you challenged yourself and you contributed to something bigger than yourself.

We couldn’t be prouder.

OVERALL SCHOOL IN THE UK. 🇬🇧

5 years in the making.

And this is only the beginning.🖤💛
