Today some of our lovely ladies played in the, Kinnear Cup! A 36 hole stapleford competition! 🏆

Congratulations to Oake Manor member Jamie Short on qualifying for Final Open Qualifying at Royal Cinque Ports Golf Club.

After narrowly missing out at Regional Qualifying at Minchinhampton, where he carded an impressive three-under-par round, Jamie was edged out in a five-man playoff for the remaining Final Qualifying places.

Initially 13th on the reserve list, Jamie received the fantastic news today that he has been awarded a place in the field. He will now tee it up over 36 holes at Royal Cinque Ports on Tuesday 30th June, aiming to secure one of four coveted places in The Open Championship at Royal Birkdale.
