My name is James, and I look after all the marketing at the Spin Collective, and I have never spun, UNTIL NOW!

Once a week, I am going to do a mini vlog to keep you up to date with my progress, measurements, weight etc. (PS: 80.6 kg), as I forgot to say in the video.

I want to show you that spin can fit into a busy lifestyle and keep you healthy without being boring, breaking the bank or taking tons of your time.
