Hump Day In The Bag👍👍

Evening All, so Tough Mudder is in the bag and being a one trick pony I can now turn my attentions to something else. I said I wanted to give you the opportunity to climb a mountain this year but it does come with a bit of commitment as to do this safely and travel back home it needs a weekend. Looking at putting something together for end of Sep beginning of Oct. Plan would be to travel up late Friday, do the Hill on Sat and return on Sunday so that's two nights in the local area. I am only going to do this if there is significant interest so a min of 30 people, friends and family would be welcome and encouraged. I know this is a big ask financially and time wise so I am not going to get upset if the interest isn't there. If you are genuinely up for this give it a thumbs up. If this falls flat I will turn my attentions to a Late Summer Gym Shenanigans night out.

Proud of everyone who took part in this event, witnessed some legendary feats of strength, bravery and endurance. The Funky Monkey was no joke, men were failing on this more often than not so for the handful from the gym who made it over I stand in awe 👍👍👍

A final farewell to Fatou, been with me right from Trull Bootcamp days. Reminds me of a Sunflower, very tall and they always make me smile.
