When is it? -
OCTOBER 24th

What time is it? -
REGISTER 4:30-6:00pm, run starts at 6:30pm

Can I run with my dog?
YES, this is a canicross run so dogs should be in appropriate equipment, we can loan you kit if you need it. ( please make this clear prior)

Can I run without a dog?
YES! This run is a night time run open to encourage ladies to get out and stay active..

I’m a man… can I enter?
YES! We welcome men, but this is a ladies priority run so they will go first.

Will I get lost?
WE HOPE NOT! the trail will be clearly marked and we are using a private area and there’s lots of us about.

What do I get???
