I don’t share enough of my clients successes but Jacob’s progress deserves some recognition…..

We’ve been working together since December, focusing on creating more structure, consistency & balance within his busy lifestyle to support his training goals. Nothing flashy just a solid plan, strong communication & consistent ex*****on.

The results speak for themselves;

HYROX OPEN PB: 1:11 → 1:05
10K PB: 38:30 → 37:03
5K PB: 18:30 → 17:35

The results are very impressive but what I’m most proud of is the way he’s gone about it…..

He’s been coachable, he’s trusted myself & the process, listened to feedback & backed it up with consistent action & ex*****on. No shortcuts, no excuses……Just turning up & doing the work.

As a coach, that’s all i can ask for.

The best part…..We’re still building 🧱📈
