Looking to get trim in time for the holiday season?!

Do You Have A Goal?
This time of year is fantastic if you work in the health and fitness industry.
Everyone has the bug and wants to get fit and active again.
Everyone starts paying attention to their food choices and more people genuinely start looking forward to going to the gym after work.
The industry is buzzing!
Some people make a good go at it and manage to make great progress and keep up their new lifestyle.
Some sadly fall off after a few weeks and revert back to their old lifestyle.
The 1 thing I feel makes or breaks peoples results is do they have a goal?
Now I’m not saying you are wasting your time if you don’t have a goal.
You can have some pretty solid workouts without one.
But If you have a goal, you have something to aim for.
When you have something to aim for, you have something to work towards.
And when you have something to work towards you are able to build a solid plan!
That’s exactly what we did with Matt.
He had a goal…
He had 3 months before he was going away on holiday…….
3 months to drop as much body fat as possible.
Without boring you with his actual plan, I’ll just keep it simple.
We got him eating better.
We got him eating the correct amount of calories for his goal.
And we made sure he was more active than he was previously.
In the 3 months we managed to drop an amazing 10kg in body fat.
As I say, we had a goal and we nailed it!
Now back to January.

So how do you burn body fat?! 🤷🏻♂️

I’m pretty sure many of you have wanted to know how to get rid of that extra body fat and get trim 💪🏼

We’ll here’s my 10 tips for doing it 👇🏼
.1 eat a higher protein rich diet
.2 start strength training
.3 drink more water
.4 improve your sleep
.5 work on lowering stress levels
.6 work out your base line calorie needs
.7 be more active
.8 reduce excess calories
.9 eat small and often
.10 be accountable for your actions

Alex came to me last year wanting to lose weight/body fat and get fitter for the upcoming rugby season 🏉

He didn’t really know where to start and was lost as for how to get things going in the right direction 🤯

I help structure his food, gave him set targets to hit with steps, put a training plan in place and made him be accountable with weekly check ins 💬
