NERF WARS - Saturday 13th June!!

This event is not restricted to just students of Martial Arts! Any student may bring their friend with them for an absolutely chaotic 90 mins!

Feel free to bring your own weapons if you wish but we provide everything on the day!

An extremely fun event with the bonus of shooting your instructors absolutely guilt free 😆

Whatever your preconceptions are.... this Seminar is absolutely fantastic! The weapons we use in corporation with either your Karate or Kickboxing skills are fantastic!

One of the things that always sticks with us after classes is the amazing atmosphere! Ninjas you did wonderful today and classes were extremely fun!! It was great to see Reggie on the mats too! You are fantastic at padwork Reggie!! As we went through all our main kicks in the game... I thought it would be nice for you to try some of the more complicated kicks and i have to say that I was blown away with your effort levels!! Fantastic Flying Sidekicks from Melody & Myla - Rose!!! Although ninjas... you all need to relax a little!! Kata to the beat of the music is infact a very wise activity to do! As it promotes you to loosen up a little - still i will give you all credit for trying to do it 🙂

As always you all very much deserved your Ninja Stars of the Week!! Some of you are so very close to 10 that we need to have your prizes ready......

Dragons & Adults - it was great to see Myla - Rose join in this class too!! Fantastic effort from you today and im sure you will sleep extremely well!

Kata backwards is quite an eye opening experience but you all did amazing at it! You never stopped thinking about what you were doing - Next Week we will be focussing more on Kata & Techniques but... once we pass your colour... then you will go to the other end of the mats with Miss Woodhead and do some fun activities!

Thankyou all for the continued hard work that you all put in!! The amount of fun we have teaching you is immense! We love our job and we love to see you all transform into wonderful Martial Artists week after week

Saturday 13th June @ Chuldow Martial Arts HQ is Nerf Wars!! Chaos will rain upon everyone in this absolutely wild but super fun event!! £12.50 per entry and.... parents will have their own time on the mats for a Kids vs Parents section

Sunday 14th June also @ HQ is Weapons Seminar! Train with your weapon of choice out of the 6 Okinawan Weapons [ Sai, K**a, Nunchaku, Tonfa, Jo Staff & Iaido ] then grade in that weapon on the day!
Juniors £20 [ 09:00 - 11:30/12:00 ]
Seniors £35 [ 09:00 - 12:30/13:00 ]

End times may vary depending on amount of students 🙂

Sunday 28th June @ HQ - First Aid Seminar! £40 per person! An absolute necessity for anyone from Blue Belt and above! There will be 2 sessions on the day - 09:00 - 12:00 then 12:30 - 15:30

Fantastic Classes tonight!! As always you all brought amazing effort and created the lovely atmosphere that we are so used to at Crofton!

Massive well done to our trialist Reggie who did unbelievably well tonight!! Well done to every one of our Ninjas throughout Padwork & Kata also!! Our Ninja Star Award for May goes to our lovely Myla-Rose!! The amount of effort this girl puts into her Martial Arts is insane!! The quality of everything she does gets better and better every class!! You all worked hard and you all deserved your Ninja Stars!!! 10 Stars equals a lovely prize for your efforts so keep working hard kids 🙂

Dragons & Adults also worked extremely well tonight! Our Student of the Month Award for May goes to James!! James you are amazing! Everything i say in classes about power, attention, focus & trying your best... you are a visual embodiment of the benefits of applying all of these to your Martial Arts!! We are so proud of your personal progress! Keep working hard!

- end times may vary depending on amount of students taking part in the seminar! We will definitely be finished no later than those specific times! But could also finish slightly before the stated times!

28th June!! First Aid Course @ HQ,
Blue Belt and above need to consider doing this course as we cannot let you go to black belt without being first aid trained!!
£40 for the course and it will be for around 3 hours! [ 2 sessions on the day! 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon! ]
