Twelve-year-old Elizabeth Berry, from Leicestershire, and Golden Dollar brought the curtain down on the showjumping and combined training phase of this year's SEIB Trailblazers Championships by claiming the Cavaletti Saddles Junior Trailblazers 80cm Championship.

"It felt amazing – one of the best things we've ever won together," said Elizabeth.

The partnership has come a long way since Golden Dollar arrived as a five-year-old lacking confidence.

"We've had him since he was about five and he wasn't very confident, but now we do all sorts – a bit of eventing, showjumping and dressage. He does everything."

Leanne Redfern is an amateur showjumper with a real passion for producing young horses. She is joining us from Morjoy Horses in Leicestershire. ''We are lucky enough to have some fantastic hombreds coming through at our base Morjoy Horses in Leicestershire. There's nothing more rewarding than taking them from their very first ride through to their first shows and watching their confidence grow every step of the way. Alongside the youngsters, I'm lucky enough to ride a fantastic team of older horses too, all of whom have so much to teach me. I ride in a range of Cavaletti monoflap saddles, and for me it's so important to have a saddle that's not only comfortable but also gives you the support and stability to feel confident in every ride.
