Another Karate Taster Day completed! 🥋✨

This time we had the pleasure of visiting St Joseph's Catholic Primary School in Lichfield, where we had an amazing time introducing martial arts to a fantastic group of children!

It's always exciting to share the values of karate, confidence, discipline, respect, and fun, with new students, and seeing their enthusiasm throughout the day was incredible.

To top it all off, we were delighted to receive this wonderful review from the PE Lead at St Joseph's.

“We had a fantastic experience – the whole-school workshop was engaging, well organised, and really inclusive for all pupils. The children thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and were excited to learn new skills, while also developing confidence, focus, and coordination.

Matthew was incredibly professional and inspiring, and the assembly added real value by giving the pupils an insight into high-level sport. The opportunity to see and interact with his medals was a real highlight for many of the children.

Overall, it was an informative and enjoyable day that was very well received by both pupils and staff. We would certainly recommend the experience to other schools.”

Feedback like this makes everything we do so worthwhile and reminds us why we love bringing high level PE coaching into schools.

A huge thank you to the school for welcoming us in for our special FREE Karate Taster Day! It was fantastic to see so many children getting involved, showing confidence, energy, focus, and big smiles throughout the sessions. 👏

We’re incredibly grateful for the continued partnership with Leighswood and for the opportunity to support the school not only through exciting events like this, but also through the after school provision we proudly deliver each week.

We’ve had an incredible week delivering FREE Karate Taster Days at Scotch Orchard Primary School and St Chad's C of E Primary School in Lichfield!🥋🔥

The energy, enthusiasm and confidence shown by the children was absolutely amazing from start to finish. At UAK PE, we’re passionate about giving every child access to high-quality coaching, exciting sporting opportunities and experiences that inspire them to stay active for life.

It’s been fantastic to see so many children enjoy the sessions so much that they’ve already started attending our karate classes outside of school, exactly what community sport is all about! 👊

At UAK PE, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. Every child is welcomed, supported and given the opportunity to develop, whether they’re taking their very first steps into sport or progressing along pathways that can lead from grassroots participation all the way to international competition.

This is more than PE.

This is confidence. Discipline. Opportunity. Community.

Our free karate enrichment day was packed with energy, smiles, and plenty of action. Children of all ages jumped in and gave it their all, and we loved every second of it!

Even better, a few have already started showing up at our local karate classes 👀👏

We’ve had an incredible week supporting a range of camps. And what a blast it’s been! 💥

A highlight for us was joining the Liberty Jamboree HAF Camp, where we had the privilege of delivering some high-energy martial arts sessions. The enthusiasm, effort, and smiles from everyone involved made it truly special.

As schools return this week after the Christmas break, we’re delighted to be back delivering high-quality PE, PPA cover, and enrichment sessions across our partner schools.

We’re passionate about supporting our schools with engaging, structured, and inclusive physical education that helps pupils build confidence, skills, and a lifelong love of being active. 🏃‍♀️⚽🥋

Our team is refreshed, motivated, and excited to get started again. Here’s to a strong and successful term ahead. We can’t wait to get back into schools and back to doing what we do best! 💪
