A little reminder that our Rest & Restore Yoga workshop with Balanced Bodies is taking place this Thursday evening, and we still have a few places available! 🌿

Join the lovely Catherine from Balanced Bodies Bodies for a gentle, beginner-friendly session exploring simple stretches, relaxation techniques and practical ways to improve sleep and reduce stress.

No yoga experience needed, and all abilities are welcome. Feel free to bring a blanket and pillow for the relaxing meditation at the end. 🧘‍♀️✨

Balanced Bodies is dedicated to creating inclusive and community cantered wellbeing sessions that support your physical and emotional health.

Through ancient practices like Yoga and Tai Chi, to things like meditation, sound healing and Reiki, everyone is welcome to join our sessions.

People of all ages, genders, body types, sizes, abilities and mobility levels will always be welcomed with compassion and encouragement.

There is no judgement here, no pressure or expectations, only the opportunity to connect more deeply to your body and your mind in a safe and supportive environment.

A brand new beginner friendly Tai Chi class is coming to Haydock!

Every Monday at 12:15, come on down and join us, there will be no pre booking required and this sequence can be performed seated or standing, so no matter what your mobility needs are you will be welcome to join in.

Your first class is free, what have you got to lose?

Just a reminder there are no classes this week, I'll be back at St Helens Chain Lane Community Centre from Monday 24th August

Coming up in September we have another Soundbath at Newton Community Centre and a Restorative Yoga workshop at Chain Lane

Then starting in October are brand new classes at Haydock Conservative Club!

I run a Soundbath on the first Wednesday of the month at and the next date will be September 2nd

There will be no Soundbath in October as I am away on holiday, but they will resume in November
