Itโs about having the energy to play with your children, feeling confident in your own skin, improving your health, and proving to yourself that youโre capable of more than you thought.

I never thought I could bounce back again.
But I didโฆ and Iโd do it all over again. ๐งก
I stopped making excuses.
I picked myself back up, even on the hardest days, and a year later I got the reward.
I did it when I was tired.
I did it when I was sad.
I did it when I was sleep deprived.
I did it when my mind told me not to.
I overcame fear.
I overcame anxiety.
After the babies, the sleepless nights, the exhaustion, the anxiety, the self-doubtโฆ I almost gave up on myself.
This journey was never only about losing weight or changing my body.It was about proving to myself that I am capable, strong, resilient and worthy.
To every mama out there feeling lost in motherhood
Please donโt give up on yourself.You can love your children deeply and still choose yourself too.
