Skills bout for Douglas Miles today to open the tournament at the London ABA International Belt Tournament, great performance from him too.
Our Joe Waddingham was also due to box in his semi final but unfortunately his opponent withdrew and so Joe progresses to tomorrow's final where we have 4 boxers competing 🥊

4 of ours out today on the Folkestone ABC show, 3 skills and a bout. Up first Koby Moon, and another good boxing performance from him, Douglas Miles up next and another good performance from him aswell, Kai Rochester up last in his first skills and he boxed very well against his very aggressive opponent, all moving in the right direction for these 3 youngsters.
Dylan Pentland up last and he took the win by unanimous decision, he kept it together well, very solid defensively, kept the centre well and had a good performance to get back in the right direction.
Big thank you to Harry Slater and Folkestone ABC for the invite and another great show 🥊

Last night was Steven Best last show with the gym, we had abit of an official problem and so he had to Judge instead of being in the corner but this is one of the reasons that we love Steven, no matter what is needed to help out, he is always willing to do so. On atleast 5 occasions as an amateur boxer, his opponent pulled out the day before or the day before that and he was left unable to box, he still always came down to the show to support the gym and the boys. Hes gonna be a big loss in the gym, hes been with us now for many years as a boxer and a coach but we wish him well in the future and hes always welcome back with us.
As seems to be the custom now, after a Millwall shirt to a West Ham fan to Bailey last year, Steven (The Man Utd supporter) was presented with a signed Man City shirt from all the boxers in the gym, aswell as a signed Frank Bruno pair of shorts 🥊
