Brawn Gymnastics Academy There is also the opportunity to take part in our displays, competitions or our summer show.

We are a family run gymnastics school who have developed a full gymnastics programme which allows each and every child the opportunity to reach their potential. Woburn Sands Gymnastics offers several incentive schemes; in the beginner classes we run the British Gymnastic Badge Award Scheme and in the intermediate and advanced classes we offer awards which recognise effort and achievement. Woburn Sands Gymnastics has a structure which enables the gymnast who shows potential the chance to develop within the sport. We have a competition squad who have competed at county, regional and national level.

It’s time for an amazing event where we work together on something creative and inspiring—plus a performance for our audience!

Adult Handstand Pop-Up: 5-week course 👐
Thursday evenings 7:15–8:00pm for adults — starting next week, 24th September.

Learn the stages to achieve a full handstand with progressions to build strength, balance and control.

Fitness-focused, upside-down fun, and a very sociable group.
