Some of the least profitable agencies we’ve seen are the busiest ones in the room.

• The team are flat out
• The phones never stop

Yet the margins are poor because the business is full of inefficiency, reactive work and services that were never priced properly in the first place.

Your landlord marketing does not need to be louder, it needs to be more specific.

Too many letting agents are running campaigns that look good but fail to convert because the message is too broad.

A landlord dealing with arrears is not thinking the same way as an accidental landlord, an experienced investor, or someone considering selling.

If your marketing tries to speak to every landlord at once, it often connects with none.

The best results come when your advert, landing page, emails and follow-up conversations all speak to the same landlord, with the same problem, and the same clear solution.

That is where specificity gets attention and congruency builds trust.
