This mornings bootcamp @ Worcester, Worcestershire
Local bootcamp sessions twice a week at Little Perdiswell. Tough workouts that push you while being enjoyable at the same time for all abilities!
J&D Fitness started January 2015 in modest fashion. From the back garden of some of our participants to various fields around Worcester we have finally settled at the Little Perdiswell playing fields opposite the old park and ride. Every Saturday since January we have run a 1 hour bootcamp from 7-8am and are always looking for newbies! If your interested feel free to message Joe Guyatt or Danny Hall for more details.

This morning at red point worcester. Had a great time and thanks to the guys who welcomed us in. But now the forearms and fingers are killing
