Pregnancy yoga is so much more than movement. 🤍
It’s a space where you’re welcomed exactly as you are — bump and all. Where you’ll meet other mamas moving through the same season, share the unspoken things, and leave feeling held.
Research shows that attending 12 or more classes can shorten labour, reduce anxiety and stress, and increase the odds of an unassisted birth. But alongside the science, there’s the community — and that’s the part that keeps mums coming back week after week.
From 14 weeks right up until your baby arrives, we move, breathe, and prepare together — body, mind and soul.
Classes in Worcester (Mondays) and Bromsgrove (Tuesdays). Have a question? Drop me a message or head to the website to book your space — and if you’d like to know what other mums think, every single one of my Google reviews is five stars. 🌟

Summer Solstice Yoga & Crystal Bowls Sound Bath
Saturday | 10am–12pm | Spetchley Park and Gardens
Embrace midsummer and the abundant solar energy of the longest day, shortest night.
We will practise Women’s Yoga to integrate movement with our breath and align our minds to our bodies, creating a Sattvic state of balance and harmony, before resting into the soothing sound of the crystal bowls.
Move with ease and confidence, shining a bright light into any tight corners of tension you might be holding, letting the light of midsummer melt away density and heaviness, and reconnect to movement that feels good.
Summer can be so busy, and with such high energy in the ether — a grounding practice is just what we need to mark this sacred midpoint in nature’s cycle.
Afterwards, enjoy herbal tea and plant-based treats to welcome in the new season of SUMMER!
✨ No previous experience needed.
🌻 Not suitable during pregnancy due to the Yoga portion of the session.
💛 Expect calm, connection, and a touch of summer magic.
Set at the BEAUTIFUL Spetchley Park and Gardens — perfect for a coffee and a stroll around the gardens afterwards.
Early Bird offer — use code SummerEarlyBird for 10% discount if booked by 20th May. Booking essential. Limited spaces available.

This week is Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week 💜
It’s a topic that sits very close to my heart — personally and professionally — so I’ve written a blog post sharing a little of my own postnatal mental health journey, what PMADs are, and the support that’s available.
If you’re a new parent, know one, or have ever quietly wondered whether what you’re feeling is “normal” — this one’s for you.

🕊️ Peace on earth begins at birth.
Today, on International Day of the Midwife, we say a huge, heartfelt thank you to every midwife who shows up for us — through the night shifts, the long hours, the moments of uncertainty and the moments of pure magic.
I hear it time and time again from mums — whatever their birth experience, however medicalised things became — the support of their midwife made all the difference. A kind word, a steady presence, clear guidance when it was needed most. That matters more than words can say.
Our healthcare system is under enormous pressure, and midwives are digging deep every single day — often without the support they themselves deserve.
It’s part of why I do what I do. My Pregnancy Yoga and Hypnobirthing classes are my small contribution to the bigger picture — helping women and birthing people feel prepared, confident and calm. Giving birth partners the tools to support. Building a toolkit of breathing techniques and coping strategies to draw upon when the moment comes.
Because birth is powerful. Nothing can fully prepare us for the sheer magnitude of it. But care, support and respect from the people around us — it goes such a long way.
So to every midwife out there — keep doing your thing. We need you. We see you. We are so, so grateful. 🌸

Little tummies, big relief — baby massage tips for digestion
There’s been a flurry of babies born from my Pregnancy Yoga classes lately, and it has inspired me to share something I absolutely love teaching — simple massage techniques to help ease your baby’s digestion. 💜
In those early months, wind, colic, and constipation are so common, and it can feel overwhelming when your baby is unsettled and you’re not sure how to help. The good news? Your hands are one of the most powerful tools you have. Here’s where to start:
👐 Clockwise circles — using a flat palm, make slow, gentle circles around your baby’s tummy in a CLOCKWISE direction. This follows the natural movement of the large intestine and helps stimulate blood flow to the digestive system. It’s deeply soothing — and releases oxytocin (that gorgeous bonding hormone!) in both of you.
🌸 Daisy pattern — use your first two fingertips to trace soft petal shapes around the belly button. This works in a more concentrated way, gently stimulating peristalsis in the small intestines — the rhythmical movement of the digestive tract that helps milk move through and nutrients absorb.
🌈 Paint a rainbow — sweep your fingertips from the top of the left hip, up and over the belly button, and down to the right hip. This is especially helpful for constipation, but wonderful for general digestive balance too.
🚲 Leg cycling — hold your baby’s lower legs and gently alternate each knee up towards their chest. Perfect for wind... and yes, expect sound effects 😄 We have a favourite song for this one in class — you’ll find out when you join us!
🧘 Happy Baby pose — bring both knees gently to the chest and hold for a few seconds. Simple, effective, and a great wind reliever! 💨
The magic of these techniques goes beyond digestion. Each time you massage your baby, you are communicating safety, love, and presence. The eye contact, the touch, the rhythm — it all builds oxytocin for both of you, supports your baby’s nervous system, and quietly builds your own confidence as a parent. On the harder days, it’s a beautiful way to come back to each other. 🫂

New Year’s Day was spent at The Lost Gardens of Heligan in Cornwall — so worth a visit if you’re ever nearby. I completely fell in love with the Sleeping Lady beneath the moon, The Mud Maid. She feels like a reflection of where I am right now — resting, hibernating, rooted deeply in the earth. Dreaming quietly of what’s to come when the light returns, trusting that beneath the stillness, so much is gently gathering and growing.
