A small reminder that there will be no classes on Friday in respect for our lovely Mum ######x
Anyone able to attend Mums funeral it’s
2.30 at The Vale and everyone is welcome to join us after at The Raven to celebrate Mums amazing life ######x
Family flowers only please
We have chosen to support Acorns Children’s Hospice
for many special reasons.
Janet had a great love for children and believed in encouraging
them to grow, learn and flourish.
She valued kindness, encouragement and the importance of
helping every child reach their potential.
The symbolism of the acorn feels especially meaningful.
With care, support and nurture an acorn grows into a strong and
beautiful Oak tree. In many ways this reflects the values Janet lived by
throughout her life and the support she gave to so many others.
It also holds a special connection for our family through
Harlequin Stage School, where junior dancers are known as the
schools Acorns.
We feel that supporting Acorns Children’s Hospice is a fitting way to honour Janet’s memory and the
qualities she held so dear x

I just love this and it made me smile so much - bringing back so many Harlequin memories x
Nik and I have been going through some photos of Mum and came across these which we think would be around 1996 ish ( I might be wrong ) but in the very early days of Harlequin ( although the curtains are still the same 🤣 ) So many special people in one photo so many special people no longer with us 🥲x
We held a schools night for parents - we have a morning assembly with hymns with myself- ( The headmistress of course) Onto English with Paul Milton - Break time with bottles of milk and bike sheds ( although they weren’t milk but alcohol ) Maths with rachel Sedley onto Lunch time where Phil Weston Rose Pawley Jenny Brookes served Sausage and Mash proper dinner lady style with hairnets and everything and of course sponge and pink custard 🤣 - then everyone had to get change for PE with the wonderful Paul Jones ( Gosh I miss him 🥲 ) Back into assembly with myself and then school bell rang by which time nobody could actually walk 🤣🤣🤣 x Ahhhhhhh fun times ######xx Tag away x Who do you recognise x Sarah Thompson Paul Milton Perdiswell Young People’s Leisure Club Nikki Collins Worcestershire Wedding Photographer Tina Hollyhead x
