Self defence and Martial Arts classes for all ages and abilities at locations across Worcestershire. In age group 4-7 there is no contact sparring.
We teach our self defence at kids martial arts Worcester and Malvern to very high standards. Our coaches are blackbelt instructors and are experienced in coaching kids and adults of all abilities and ages. BULLYING PREVENTION
A big issue nowadays is bullying and we tackle it head on in kids martial arts Worcester and Malvern by giving the children the confidence to stand up for them selves but

The main Road to archdales has just been closed due to a serious accident, you can get to Sainsbury's however and have 2 hours carparking and walk down for classes tonight! Sorry folks

Happy New Year to everyone, hope you all had a great Christmas and New Year and didn't over indulge too much but if you did that's fine too. Our classes are returning to normal from Wednesday the 5th January with the fantastic Martin Stew in Worcester Archdales and then again in Malvern at Grove School.
Those who have trained with us know what to expect and know we'll create some fun and interesting sessions to get you all back into the swing of training.
If you've not visited us before the drop us a message for a free session to help burn off some of that festive goodness while learning something new and fun.
Other News:
Richard is recovering better than we had hoped and is in a rehabilitation hospital and while you won't see him training for sometime he's able to manage and plan the development of the schools and classes from hospital in between physio sessions.
The Grading plans are progressing and we should have firm dates SOON; we are really looking forward to seeing how you have all progressed and impressing the visiting examiner.
Instructors Martin and Mandy got engaged on New Years day and so the dynamic duo will return to teaching on the 11th January raring to make 2022 a successful year. They've been out training and planning lessons while away ( did have a break in training for the proposal )
