🏊‍♀️ More than just lengths! 🏊‍♂️

Our weekly non-competitive squads for pre-teens and teens cover the whole world of aquatics, not just swimming up and down the pool.

Open to swimmers aged 9+ who have reached Stage 6–10.

Each session can include:
🛟 Lifesaving
🤽 Water polo
💃 Artistic swimming
🤸 Diving

All in a friendly, supportive environment where young people can build their confidence, improve their fitness and have fun in the water with others.

📅 When:
Tuesday evenings (older squad)
Wednesday evenings
Sunday afternoons

Join me this Saturday for a Front Crawl workshop to shape up your technique whilst learning to breathe and swim at the same time! You only need to be able to swim around 50m to take part.

ROUGH OUTLINE
- Meet and greet (with a cup of tea)
- Breath and body work (dry side)
- Looking at and talking about front crawl (dry side)
- In the water for approximately 1 hour
- Back on the dry side for tea and cake, feedback, and a discussion about how you can integrate and apply this in a way that works for you

I can work with all abilities and tailor the session to each participant, so you won't be held up by others — or holding anyone up. Everyone learns at their own pace.

Held in a beautiful private pool near Balcombe — come and have some time for yourself within a nurturing environment, and invest in your future health & wellbeing.

We had a fabulous & successful Summer Intensive Week at Windlesham! 🏊

Huge thanks to all our swimmers and families who joined us — the energy and progress were amazing to see!

Another Penguins Squad swimmer & helper smashing it! 🐧🏊 Huge congratulations to Emily on completing her National Pool Qualification! 🎉

Emily started as a Little Penguin at just 3 years old, progressed through all our stages, and is now a valued member of our squad. She's since widened her horizons by helping teach our Little Penguins and getting stuck into lifeguarding too!

Another wonderful review from one of our Penguins families!

'Five stars are simply not enough for Penguins Swimming School. Gill, Linette and their team of excellent instructors have guided, tutored and encouraged my two girls from their first tentative splashings to being able to do long distance swims, play waterpolo and practice basic life saving skills. Penguins did not just teach my girls to swim, their gentile and holistic training methods have given my children an all round confidence in the water. As a parent I have made lots of mistakes but at least I know that I could not have picked a better swim school for my girls.'
