Sunday is normally a rest day… but I skipped yesterday, so today was catch-up day! ✅
Here’s me tackling the Pilates Ab Series. I won’t lie, I found it pretty challenging today 😅 but I do love that feeling of aching steel abs afterwards — it reminds me I’ve actually worked them!
How’s everyone else feeling? Are the abs starting to wake up yet? 😂
