People often find me through a reel about Pilates, posture, back pain or biomechanics.
But I realised I’ve never really shared why I do what I do.
My journey wasn’t about creating another fitness programme.
It started with a fascination for how the body moves, why pain develops, and why so many people are told to simply accept stiffness, aches and limitations as part of getting older.
Over the years I’ve studied biomechanics, Pilates, personal training, nutrition, and pre & postnatal exercise. What I’ve learned is that movement isn’t just about burning calories or getting through a workout.
It’s about helping people feel confident in their bodies again.
That’s why I created Perfecting Pilates and Align & Strong.
To give people a place where Pilates, strength training, mobility and movement education come together.
A place where you can build strength without feeling intimidated.
Improve posture without endless stretching.
And move with more confidence, control and freedom.
