10/10 service at Liv store York and a 10/10 new bike! Claire was brilliant and so knowledgeable on all the bikes and components and helped me pick the perfect one for me. When it came to arriving in store and collecting, I was kept in the loop with times and dates, and the bike was set-up perfectly :) Just such amazing service and great bikes! I am a shorter rider so the fact that Liv bikes take rider height into account with the spec such as crank length is really awesome too :)
