Or maybe standing curls, that’s the anabolic key, right?

Truth is, for the majority, it’s not really going to matter a great deal. Just doing a combination of all three across the week is your best bet! 👊🏼

Choose some bicep movements that you get a nasty pump with, feel fatigued after and most importantly, enjoy!
Stick with them for months, get stronger at them, and your will arms grow. Unless something terrible happens to you.
