I often wonder what our world would look like if women had support— real support— in their pursuits.

Fitness is freedom, footwear is freedom.

I walked 20k steps the day after my marathon, and averaged 30k steps/ day for my recent ten days in Greece.

In the time we have, freedom to do, to see, to experience and live— is contingent upon the freedom we can access in our movement and our health.
