Kali N Flow is a martial arts school dedicated to teaching Southeast Asian martial arts. Our system is inspired by Filipino Martial Arts (Kali, Eskrima), Silat, and trapping-range disciplines (JKD & Wing Chun)
The curriculum integrates both weapons systems (sticks, knives, dulo-dulo…) and empty-hand, with a focus on self-defense.
Our program also includes the fundamentals of kickboxing, which later develops into Filipino Boxing, also known as Dirty Boxing.
In addition, our curriculum provides a solid understanding of grappling, because there is no complete self-defense system without it.
It is a comprehensive and structured program, broken down into levels to ensure students have a clear and progressive learning path.
To fully express our potential in martial arts, physical attributes must also be developed. That is why we offer a unique training program designed to improve mobility, strength, speed, and agility.
Through hard work, patience, and proper guidance, we aim to help others become more resilient and better prepared to face life’s challenges.
