One Arena Member of The Month for our Passage West club!

Shelagh is a true example of consistency, determination and hard work.

She started her journey at One Arena almost 8 months ago, having never trained or exercised before. Since then, she has lost 10kg and, more importantly, built a strong and consistent routine โ€” showing up twice every week and putting in the work.

She made the decision to change her life, get stronger and improve her health โ€” and she has stayed committed every step of the way.

The Very Pink Run is back. MTU Bishopstown, Sunday September 6th, in aid of Breast Cancer Ireland.

5k or 10k, walk it, run it, sprint it, doesn't matter. All welcome. Bring the buggy, bring the dog, bring whoever's up for it.

We'd love to see the One Arena community out in force for this one.
