Shay had two greats fights winning his semifinals by 1st round KO and had a great win in today’s final winning 5-0.

Leon had a great win in today’s final winning by a unanimous decision 🥊

Hard luck to Tobi who was beaten in the quarterfinals

18 champions 2026 National U23 Championships have been crowned at the home of Irish boxing today, in a superb day of finals.

Congratulations to all finalists, their clubs and families – and a word of thanks to all of the officials who gave of their time and expertise to these championships. Events such as these would not be possible without R&Js, glove stewards, medical staff, Vice President Eugene Duffy, and the Championship Committee of National Registrar Stephen Connolly, National Secretary Tara Robins Mari and Anna Moore.

Under 23 90kg champion shay 🥇

Shay boxed in his quarterfinals bout last week which he won by TKO rd3.

Unfortunately he received a walkover in the semifinals and the finals as his opponents pulled with injury’s.
