Hello everyone.
I hope that you are all settling into the new year gently.
Yoga classes started back in Scots Hall this week and I’m popping on to let you know we still have a few spaces available.
There are 10 classes in this block but you are very welcome to attend a portion of them, or even drop in and try one.
Also for the month of January, all 1st drop ins are free.
Sort of like a ‘try before you buy’ but with no pressure to buy.
The only condition is that you get in touch to let me know you will be dropping in (just so that I can make sure we have space).
Also if you have an injury or a concern, I am a chartered physiotherapist so please get in touch and let’s discuss.
There is always a way to tailor Yoga to suit pretty much everyone and these classes are filled with very lovely and very normal people (just like you). Classes are challenging but very accessible.
Hope to see you on the mat. ✨

I had to stop and take in the view today.
I won’t lie - I do it often - but this pause was more important to me today because this time of year can be so busy. I am often overwhelmed by the never-ending to do list.
I think I will channel the feeling of this pause into Januarys classes.
The sound of the sea, the sunlight, the sand moving under my fingertips and feet. Nothing to do except be present, soak it all in, and recharge.
Let’s soak it all in and recharge together in January.
Classes begin again 6th January and there are only a handful of spaces left. They go fast so don’t delay if you are interested- and feel free to get in touch with any questions.
My classes are small sized, Flow Yoga and mixed level.
Everybody and every body is welcome. ✨
