I'm Laura. I started my yoga journey to practice yoga at home with my two children.
When I saw the effect it had on them and the enjoyment it brought, I decided to take the next step and I got certified to teach children's yoga (Kidding Around Yoga). Another amazing week at this fabulous school! Every year after Easter, I’m invited in for the whole week to do 28 yoga classes with over 700 children for their Wellbeing Week. It’s always such an honour to be invited back year after year. Such a beautiful school with beautiful kids and staff 💖🙏

To say i’m super proud is a complete understatement! My 12 year old daughter completed her Kids Yoga Teacher training today! Another generation of kids yoga teachers has just begun 🫶
