We’ve had the pleasure of working with Aoife week after week throughout her pregnancy, supporting her to stay strong, active and feeling her best. 💪

Her consistency, dedication and positive attitude have been so inspiring, and we couldn’t be prouder of her commitment to herself and her journey this year.

A huge well done Aoife, you’ve been an absolute inspiration and we all wish you the best with the new arrival and addition to your family. We can’t wait to see you back in action soon. 💚

A massive shoutout to Tara, our Finglas Member of the Month!👏🔥

Tara has been showing up consistently, putting in the work and bringing her usual energy to every 6am session!😂💪

Anyone who knows Tara knows she’s definitely not the quietest in the room🤣 but that’s what we love about her! She’s a huge part of our community and always brings plenty of laughs and good vibes to the gym!💚

What really stood out to us this month was how Tara encouraged her friend to keep showing up and stick with training. Since then, they’ve all been smashing their sessions, seeing brilliant results and enjoying the gym more than ever!🙌

And while Tara has always been great craic, the coaches have noticed a shift in her lately too. She’s been pushing herself harder, putting in that extra effort and really stepping things up in her own training!

That’s what being part of this community is all about, showing up for yourself, lifting up the people around you and enjoying the process along the way!

Well deserved, Tara! Keep bringing the noise, the laughs and, most importantly, the hard work💪
