How we overcome relying on motivation, and struggling with it.

This is extremely important, as it’s a massive barrier for 98% of you watching.

Which ones your fav?😌 the last one is mine🤍

In all serious my beautiful angels, DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE HIGH IN PROTEIN CRAZE.

What you need to know: if for every 100 cals it contains roughly 10g of protein then it’s actually “high in protein”

If somethings 500 calories and 5g of protein do not believe the flashy label. Yes it has protein, but the value to calories DOES NOT fit the vibe 💅

Stay woke!!!!!

Can I just be brutally honest for a hot minute?🫪

maybe some of these things are relevant to people, but to a lot of people you just need to be more self aware. And stop making excuses.

Peace and love x

Our queen Lauren showing us how it’s done 🤏🏻

What a journey and what a transformation 🥹🤍

When Lauren first came to New Narrative she had already been in the gym, but felt she was constantly going around in circles and couldn’t get to the goals she envisioned

Until we set a plan a place. We got specific. And we followed and executed that plan 🎯

Not only that, we made sure of something wasn’t working we changed it.

Lauren is now onto another amazing goal, that we know with full confidence will be smashed yet again 🤏🏻🙂‍↔️

Being apart of your journey is an honour and I couldn’t be more proud of how far you’ve come and grown throughout our time working together 🥹♥️

I LOVE SEEING YOU ALL WIN 🏆
