As I complete my journey beyond ACC and become eligible for PCC with the International Coaching Federation, I pause to acknowledge the ecosystem that has shaped me—especially my learning journey with Regal Unlimited.

Coaching is a practice that transforms us—to listen beyond words, to trust the wisdom within each individual, and to stay present in moments of uncertainty and possibility.

My journey with Regal Unlimited has been instrumental in shaping my coaching identity—grounded in presence, partnership, and continuous reflection.

Coaching is not about mastering a set of tools and techniques; rather, it is a lifelong practice of becoming. It enables us to hold a space where individuals can truly experience and live their authentic being.

2026 has begun with a profound impact. I recently attended a transformative workshop on Team Coaching, led by the esteemed Dr. Sari Van Poelje from Intact Academy (Netherland) a seasoned expert with 40 years of experience. The event was organized by HumanOS in Bangalore. This experience was enriched by her depth of reflection, guidance, and global insights, which elevated my understanding of team coaching and transformational practices. I also earned 12 ICF CCE in Core Competencies and 2 CCE in Resource Development. More than a credential, this milestone represents my renewed commitment to ethical coaching, lifelong learning, and creating meaningful impact through leadership development.
