We cannot postpone life, certain tasks, events that our personal and professional lives bring us, and most of the time push that moment of relaxation after 8 or 9 pm.
🧠 That’s when the actually begins because fatigue, the of the day makes us unable to make good decisions and:
- we start spending a lot of time on social media and end up sacrificing our precious hours of sleep in what we call bedtime procrastination,
- the lack of , of breaks during the day urges us towards sweets and other foods with a high caloric intake in an attempt to somehow recover this energy and we forget about the and any intention to eat healthy,
- mental and emotional fatigue prevents us from being able to read or do anything else of quality and we go by default to watching a movie... or more because our brain actually needs to disconnect and can no longer process information.
✅ Maybe it’s time to cross off certain tasks from our list, learn to set limits or delegate more, and do an internal audit of our energy level.
