Corporate companies using “mental health” as a PR play rather than an actual cultural and systemic change to the workplace…get em banned. Employees surveyed are at extreme levels of burnout and yet corporate workplace spends over 68 billion dollars a year on “wellness”…we need to rethink this model because it’s not benefiting anyone.
