NEW: YOGA at Convoy.
Strength training will always be our foundation.
But this year, we’re adding connection and presence.
Yoga supports moving with intention, building body awareness, breath control, improving mobility and recovery, and creating space to slow down.
It complements strength training by helping you move better, breathe better, and feel more balanced: physically and mentally.
We’ll start with a pilot class very soon. Info will be on the board. You can write your name on the board if you’re interested.
