Proud to partner with Solushin. 🏃‍♂️

What I like about Solushin is that it takes a biomechanics-based approach to shin splints (medial tibial stress syndrome), using targeted compression and counter-traction around the calf and shin. The approach has also been investigated in clinical research, including a randomized controlled trial.

Science-informed recovery tools like this are a valuable part of the bigger picture alongside appropriate load management and strength work.

The Solushin came with me to France and will accompany every hard run session and every big event I go to!

Ironman 70.3 World Champs 🌏

Incredible to be back racing even if it was a conservative one.

I got blind sided by a viral infection + ear infection and spent a night in Nice Hospital then 48hrs in bed. I'd lost all hope in starting a race I'd never been better prepared for. The goal was just to finish safely and get home to my son 👦

The Merida made up over 100 AG placings. A ride experience made of many thrills, hammering down the decent, over speed humps, switch backs, chicaines, hairpins and over taking rouge cars on course... her brakes work a treat 😅💩 It really was a literal rollercoaster 🎢 I feel any other bike course will put me to sleep after that one 🤣

Some time off now then we will be back in '27 for some more tri action 🎬

WE'RE HEADING TO SPORTSNEXT 2026. 🙌

SportNXT brings together sporting organisations, investors, industry leaders and innovators from Australia and around the world - making this an opportunity to showcase our first clinically validated product, Solushin – a treatment for Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome (MTSS) also referred to as shin splints.
