Power Hours!!
Last week we had Nathan Wallis - Neuroscience Educator for Parents sharing his knowledge with the group.
It was a great session and we all took away some new knowledge.
A replay of his hour with us can be found here https://www.roarcoaching.co.nz/power-hour/
On September 25th we are stoked to have Craig Stewart with us. He will be sharing insights from more than 10 years in professional rugby, working alongside World Cup winning coaches, elite athletes, and high performing teams.

Are you a new and/or emerging leader? (within your first 2 years of leadership or preparing for a leadership role)
Being a great team member is one thing; stepping up as a leader is something else entirely. Because we get it - making the jump from being a peer to being ‘the boss’ is a big step.
We're excited to be hosting Leadership Fundamentals for New & Aspiring Leaders at FMG Stadium on the 27th of August - a one-day workshop that's designed to help new leaders take that step.
This workshop will give up-and-coming leaders the confidence to get the best out of their teams, along with real-world tools to handle the responsibility that comes with a new title.

We are absolutely stoked to be partnering with South Waikato Investment Fund Trust - SWIFT to bring our Leadership Fundamentals workshop to Putāruru on August 20th.
The strength of a business, a team, a community is a direct reflection of its leadership. Let's keep South Waikato awesome!

You've been tapped on the shoulder because you're young, driven, and you know your stuff, but moving from "one of the team" to the person in charge is a big shift.
We're excited to be hosting Leadership Fundamentals for Young Leaders at FMG Stadium on the 27th of August - a one-day workshop that's designed to help young leaders take that step.
This workshop will give up-and-coming leaders the confidence to get the best out of their teams, along with real-world tools to handle the responsibility that comes with a new title.

We're looking forward to hosting Nathan Wallis on the 31st of July for our bi-monthly free Power Hour session!
Nathan is from the deep south of New Zealand and began his professional career as a teacher, before moving into child counselling, then specialising in early childhood, and later moving into Neuroscience and lecturing at the University of Canterbury.
In this session, Nathan will share his expertise on child development and cover tips based on the age of your child, the first 1000 days, the teen brain, and what you can do to keep your child's brain healthy.
This will be a good one - we'd love to have you join us. Register at the link below:

Today I hosted a series of 1:1 sessions as part of an in-house leadership programme.
These sorts of programmes are tailored specifically for the needs of the organisation, and these 1:1 sessions form a key element of achieving the desired outcomes.
The confidential environment allows us to take the content covered in the group sessions and dive deeper into the areas that uniquely apply to each individual.
If you want to support your leaders to show up every day with confidence, joy, and in good health, all while hitting the strategic goals of the organisation, please get in touch for an informal coffee and chat.

Congrats on an awesome season, team!
We're really proud to be a sponsor of the Hamilton Operatic Society Inc. and to have joined them in the magic of Matilda the Musical.
🎭Our inaugural season at BNZ Theatre was everything we dreamed it would be because of the support, love, laughter, and applause you gave us. Matilda the Musical now holds some of the fondest memories for many of us for a multitude of reasons.
Thank you for being part of the magic. ✨
