Here is the link to the test that all four of our adult groups are working towards:

It is SO exciting seeing how much everyone is progressing with this test! 😍 We’re now at the stage where the groups are starting to put all the movements together from start to finish which is awesome.
And of course, we need to add a little bit of friendly competition… 🏆
By week 9 or 10 depending on the groups availability, we’re planning to have the boss, Christine Callaghan, judge each group’s test in person! Each group will also be filmed, and once all four videos are in, Chelsea and Christine will review and assess them together.
We’ll then announce the final placings from 1st–4th! 🥇🥈🥉🏅
So… the competition is officially on! 😍🐴
Keep practising, work together as a team, and most importantly — have fun with it! ❤️
