What our members do differently to get the most out of their training...
They book in early, they don’t “see how the day goes.” They plan out their sessions early, lock them in ahead of time and plan them around their goals.
They show up consistently, not just on the good days. The results you see in the gym come from the sessions no one talks about, the ones where they showed up anyway.
They track their progress in Wodify, weights, times, and reps; it’s all recorded. They know what they did last week, so they know what they need to beat this week.
They prioritise recovery; they understand training is only one piece of the puzzle. Sleep, nutrition, and recovery are treated as part of the plan, not optional extras.

People think our gym is full of young, super-fit athletes. So we ran the numbers.
Our average member age is 37.
Our youngest is 16.
Our oldest is 92.
The reason our community might look young isn’t that everyone is young… It’s because our members prioritise their health, and wellbeing.
They train consistently.
They move well.
They take care of their bodies.
And when you do that, something interesting happens... You feel better, move better, and often look younger too.
Fitness isn’t about age. It’s about showing up for yourself.
