Yoga with Christa

Just a heads up that Sunday 30th August will be Andrumyoga soundtempel's 10-års jubilium. It will be a free event with start 3pm where you will have the opportunity to sample all the different classes in a 95 minute class melding the different classes into one, followed by bubbles and babbel till 6pm.
This marks the start of the Autumn term. There will be a prova på week first week for anyone new to the studio to try classes at a low price. Andrumyoga is near Örnsberg T-bana. You can easily miss it amongst the trees, but it is there.
My Autumn term will be Tuesday morning Vinyasa flow 7-8am, starting 15 September. Until then I will be continuing with Tuesday mornings outdoors at Vinterviken 7-8am. (I'll be back in in 9 days, 18th August).
