Seven years ago today, I officially became the owner of
I am so deeply thankful for this life.
Thankful that I trusted my gut, quit my job and took a loan to follow my dream.
What started as a leap of faith has grown into two studios, a crew I am beyond proud of and a community filled with love, strength and friendships for life.
My heart is full.
What we’ve built together means everything to me.
Thank you for being part of this journey and this beautiful community we created❤️

Looking back on the past year — not to explain and not for sympathy. We all go through s**t, every single one of us, because that's life. We are just so used to hold everything in becuase we are afriad of being seen as weak or a cry cry.. but sometimes life can be a little bit overwhelming.. that does not mean that you are weak. Tired? yes. Not weak.
Reflection is part of the work..shadow work, growth, whatever you want to call it. And being transparent just feels right.
Hopefully this can inspire someone to start doing the work because I never feet better, and I never took any pills. And hopefully also give some perspective that life is now and you need to prioritize.
The timeline is a bit off, I was about yo publish this two weeks ago 🙃 but life is life you know haha! I focused on living 😁
