“Hi, I’m Brayden!

Swimming has been a big part of my life for many years, and I’m grateful to now share that passion as a swim teacher. I enjoy helping students build confidence in the water while making every lesson fun, safe, and meaningful.

Outside of coaching, I stay active through swimming and gym, and I enjoy learning about investing and personal growth. I’m always looking to improve myself so I can become a better coach for every student I teach.

The long June holidays present a struggle for parents who want to keep their kids meaningfully occupied away from their screens. These parents sent their kids to The Kallang's sports camps to get active, and to learn life skills they can fall back on in adulthood. 🏊 The Yeah! Hi! My name is Muhammad Sharaom, I am a Swimming Teacher at Torpedo for more than 3 years.

Swimming has always been more than just a sport to me, it became a journey that shaped my discipline, patience, and character. From my early days in the water, I learned that swimming is not only about speed or technique, but also about confidence, trust, and personal growth.

Over the years, my passion for swimming naturally evolved into coaching, especially working with children. I discovered that teaching kids how to swim is one of the most rewarding experiences. Every child enters the pool with a different personality, different fears, and different strengths. Being able to guide them from uncertainty to confidence is what motivates me every day.

My coaching philosophy focuses not only on swimming skills, but also on building courage, water safety awareness, discipline, and enjoyment in the water. I believe children learn best when they feel safe, encouraged, and understood. That is why I always aim to create a positive and supportive environment for every swimmer.
