Sand, teamwork, and big ideas! 🏖️🏗️

Our Beach STEM campers took on the ultimate team challenge – building the largest sand structure possible using only the materials and resources they could find on the beach!

Working together, teams had to plan their designs, assign roles, solve problems, and bring their giant creations to life. From towering castles to imaginative sand sculptures, the beach was transformed into a showcase of creativity and teamwork.

This challenge wasn’t just about building something big – it was about communication, collaboration, engineering, and thinking creatively under pressure.

A huge well done to all our campers for their incredible effort, teamwork, and determination. The results were truly impressive! 🌊☀️

Who can build the tallest tower? 🏗️🌴

At our Beach STEM Camp, teams of campers faced off in an exciting Marshmallow Tower Challenge, putting their creativity, engineering skills, and teamwork to the test!

Using only marshmallows and uncooked spaghetti noodles, campers had to design, construct, and adapt their structures to create the tallest freestanding tower possible. There were plenty of collapses, redesigns, and moments of brilliant problem-solving as teams worked against the clock.

This hands-on challenge showed that STEM is about much more than science and maths – it’s about resilience, collaboration, creativity, and learning from every attempt.
