"Yoganescence with Elodie has been instrumental for reducing my neck and lower back pain, which stemmed from long hours in front of the computer, running, and traveling.

Before starting her classes, I struggled with constant lower back pain and had difficulty bending to pick things up. Over time, through yoga and Elodie’s guidance, this has greatly improved.

The classes are relaxed, allowing each of us to work at our own pace and level. I love that there's a variety of classes to choose from, making it easier to fit yoga into my schedule and work commitments.

Elodie’s expertise and passion for yoga shine through in her teaching. Her instructions are clear and focus heavily on alignment (getting it just right!), while also incorporating deep relaxation and mindful breathing to help connect the body and mind. The choice of outdoor and indoor classes are great, and she always offers modifications for those who need them, which I really appreciate." 💕
