Why it is important to practice this daily dose?
✨Dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins are all important neurotransmitters in the body, and each plays a unique role:

✨1. Dopamine: Dopamine is often associated with pleasure and reward. It plays a crucial role in motivation, reinforcement, and the experience of pleasure. It is involved in regulating movement, mood, and cognitive function.

✨2. Oxytocin: Oxytocin is often referred to as the "love hormone" or "cuddle hormone" because it is released during social bonding and physical affection. It plays a role in promoting trust, empathy, and attachment between individuals. Oxytocin is also involved in childbirth and breastfeeding.

✨3. Serotonin: Serotonin is known as the "feel-good" neurotransmitter. It helps regulate mood, appetite, and sleep. Serotonin is also involved in cognitive functions like memory and learning. Imbalances in serotonin levels have been associated with mood disorders like depression and anxiety.

✨4. Endorphins: Endorphins are the body's natural painkillers and mood boosters. They are released in response to stress, pain, or physical activity. Endorphins help reduce pain perception, promote feelings of pleasure, and contribute to the "runner's high" experienced during exercise.

Each of these neurotransmitters plays a complex role in the body, and their proper balance is essential for overall well-being and mental health.

In today's fast-paced world, finding time for physical activity can be quite a challenge. However, prioritizing movement is essential for both our mental and physical well-being. Fortunately, a super-quick yoga routine can be the perfect solution.

I'm sharing yoga routines you can do from home. Each one is designed to help you tune in to your body, connect with yourself, and find a sense of peace. I encourage you to make these routines part of your weekly workout schedule as often as you can (you can do this 5-minute flow every single day)

Workout Summary

Time: 5 minutes

Equipment: a yoga mat.

Instructions: Move from one pose to the next, and perform each pose for 5 breaths.

She attends my online classes at 4.45 am India time. The great thing about her is that she wakes up in Brahmamuhurta every morning.
(Sanskrit-ब्रह्म मुहूर्त, lit. 'time of Bramha' is a 48-minute period (muhurta) that begins one hour and 36 minutes before sunrise, and ends 48 minutes before sunrise).

Highly appreciated her energy, dedication, and commitment towards yoga and her health.

Why building Core strength is important?

A common misconception that our core is only made up of the 6-pack muscles.
In reality core includes pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach.

We have a few major and minor group of core muscles.
Re**us abdominis (6-packs) is just one of the part of it.

Core strengthening training is crucial as it lays a foundation and has a high degree of carry over into our day to day life. Healthy core helps to improve the posture and balance, reduce back pain, working internal organ efficiently

Yoga is very simple and effective approach to strengthen your core.
